HSE Training 2025

Empowering Safety Culture Across Our Manufacturing Facilities

Intan Chemical Group reaffirmed its commitment to workplace health and safety by organizing a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Training, attended by operational teams and employees from various divisions.

The training focused on two key areas:

  1. Fire Extinguisher (APAR) Training – Participants learned the proper and safe use of fire extinguishers to handle potential fire hazards in the workplace.
  2. Earthquake Evacuation Drill – Employees practiced quick, coordinated, and safe evacuation procedures in the event of an earthquake, including moving to the designated assembly point and ensuring effective team coordination.

The session was supported by the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), which provided technical guidance, in-depth material, and direct supervision during the on-site drills.

"Safety is a long-term investment. Through this training, we aim to ensure that every team member has the skills and readiness to respond to emergencies—protecting themselves, their colleagues, and company assets," said a representative of Intan Chemical Group’s management.

The training took place across multiple Intan Chemical Group facilities, including Plant 1 Extension and the operational site of BénBérg Arôme. The enthusiasm of the participants was evident, with full engagement in both the classroom sessions and practical field exercises.

With this program, Intan Chemical Group continues to strengthen its Safety First culture across all operations—ensuring a safe, healthy, and sustainable working environment for all employees.
