As part of its ongoing commitment to a Safety First culture, Intan Chemical Group conducted an advanced session of its Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Training, this time focusing on scenario-based emergency drills designed to replicate real situations in the workplace.
The simulation centered on an earthquake scenario, where employees practiced coordinated response measures. Some participants acted as injured personnel requiring assistance, others took command roles to lead the evacuation, while designated teams carried out stretcher transport and ensured everyone moved safely to the assembly point.
Guided by technical direction and supervision from the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), the exercise aimed to strengthen both individual readiness and collective coordination in emergency situations.
Through this program, Intan Chemical Group continues to reinforce its safety culture—ensuring every team member not only understands procedures but can also act effectively under pressure, protecting colleagues, operations, and company assets.
